Expert Care From People Who Actually Care
Foundations Physical Therapy was built on a simple idea: every patient deserves the full attention of a specialist, for the full hour of their visit, in a setting that respects them.
Our Philosophy
Pelvic floor physical therapy is often treated as a side hustle inside larger clinics, where physical therapists may be new to the pelvic floor specialty with limited supervision or mentorship, and where aides or assistants run part of the visit. We don't work that way. Every session at Foundations is one-on-one, for a full hour, with a trained and mentored physical therapist who has chosen to specialize in this area of physical therapy.
That's why we don't accept most insurance. Insurance contracts don't allow for the level of care we believe you deserve. Instead, we spend the time with you, submit out-of-network claims on your behalf, and help you use your HSA, FSA, or Medicare benefits where they apply.
Our Dobbs Ferry Clinic
We treat patients in a private, dedicated space at 145 Palisade Street in Dobbs Ferry — one therapist, one patient, one full hour, every visit.
